SKH — Kurv SK Hynix Enhanced Income ETF

Filed with the SEC, not launched yet. Here's what the registration actually says — in plain English.

Launch Status

FILED  Registration first seen Mar 2, 2026. Not trading yet.

Status updates daily from SEC records and our 15-minute issuer radar. A green LAUNCHED badge here means it's live and our launch tracker has logged it.

What SKH Will Do, Per the Filing

Per its registration filing, SKH is a single-stock income fund on SK Hynix — the Korean memory giant at the center of the AI boom as a leading maker of the high-bandwidth memory that feeds AI accelerators. That alone is notable: SK Hynix trades in Seoul, not New York, so a U.S. income ETF on it gives American investors option-income exposure to a stock most can't easily buy.

The mechanics, per the filing: the fund gains long exposure to SK Hynix through shares and/or derivatives — primarily option contracts, including FLEX options — collateralized by a portfolio of bonds and preferred securities that contributes yield of its own. Derivatives are expected to produce a significant portion of returns, with over-the-counter counterparty exposure capped at 25% per counterparty.

SKH would pair naturally with YieldMax's pending memory-sector fund YRAM — one concentrated on the single most important memory stock, the other spread across the memory supply chain. Both are still filings, not funds.

What Nobody Can Know Yet

A registration filing is a plan, not a product. Until SKH trades, there is no payment history, no real yield, and no evidence of how its strategy behaves in live markets — any number you hear before launch is a target or a guess. Filings also get delayed, renamed, or quietly abandoned; this page's status updates daily either way. When SKH does launch, we chart every payment from its very first one, free.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does SKH launch?

No date has been announced. The registration was first seen in SEC records dated Mar 2, 2026; issuers typically launch within months of filing, but filings can also stall. The status box above updates daily, and the launch tracker shows everything else on the runway.

What will SKH pay?

Unknowable until it trades — there is no payment history and the filing promises no rate. The strategy is option-income, so distributions would depend on real option premiums once live.

Why is a fund on a Korean stock notable?

Because access is the product. SK Hynix's primary listing is in Seoul, and most U.S. brokerage accounts can't buy it directly. An American-listed ETF wrapping it — with an income strategy attached — would be one of the few practical ways for U.S. income investors to hold the AI-memory leader, per the structure described in the filing.

This page summarizes a public SEC registration filing (as amended) in our own words; filings change, and registered funds sometimes never launch.
